HOWARD Phyllis M., 66, New Florence RD 1 died May 3, 1994 at Home. Born Nov. 2, 1927 in Johnstown daughter of late Bert and Rebecca (Henderson) Fisher. Preceded in death by brothers, Ray, Burl, Thomas, and Bert, and sister, Annabelle.Survived by husband, Harry F. Howard, and these children: Shirley, wife of Dennis Shick, Indiana; Daniel, married to former Shirley Jean Bogart, Cambridge, Ohio; Mark H. married to former Mildred Castelli, Stephen City, Va.; Trudy, wife of Greg Nixon, Armagh; and Stephen, married to former Christen Barcey, Vidalia, Ga.; grandchildren: Rachelle, Keith, Scott and Rebecca Shick; Mark T. and Michael Howard; and Michael and Jason Nixon. Sister of Emma Boring, Robinson; Irene Lawhead, New Florence RD 2, Harry Fisher, Hollsopple; and Joseph Fisher, Johnstown. Member of United Presbyterian Church, New Florence, where she was a member of the Women's Association and Adult Sunday School Class; New Florence Women's Club; Fairfield Community Center; and Senior Fellowship Dinners. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at United Presbyterian Church, New Florence, the Rev. Dean Weaver. Interment, Fairfield Cemetery.
