Obituary of Carl Marsh

Carl W. Marsh, Jr., 54, Blairsville, passed away April 18, 2017 at home. Born July 22, 1962, in Latrobe, the son of Carl W. Marsh, Sr. and Linda (Nixon) Marsh, Bolivar. Also, survived by children Kristen Butler, Bat Cave, NC; Carl Erich Marsh, Connellsville; Samantha Marsh, New Florence; Brittany Marsh, Derry; Alexis Brice and partner Rebecca Adair, Indiana; grandchildren Aurora, Evelynn, Brian, Trevor, Brantley and Edward; brothers and sister Mark Marsh, Jamaica, NY; Lisa Marsh, Clyde, NC; Mike Marsh, Ligonier; William Marsh, Robinson, two nieces, two nephews, and numerous cousins and extended family. Carl was a retired Psychiatric Aide at Torrance State Hospital, avid Steelers fan who enjoyed working with and collecting electronics and adored his grandchildren. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence where service will be held 1 pm Saturday with his brother Mark Marsh officiating.
