John A. Minser, 75, Black Lick, passed away December 31, 2019 at Lynn Haven Personal Care Home. Born December 28, 1945 in Indiana the son of the late Harry and Bernice (Empfield) Minser. John enjoyed wood working, hunting and fishing.
