Obituary of Florence I. Decker

Florence I. Decker, 94, New Florence went to be with the Lord June 6, 2023, at Ligonier Gardens. Born December 18, 1928, in Fairfield Twp, the daughter of late George and Alice (Muir) Henderson. Also preceded in death by husband Logan H. Decker, Jr., son Terry L. Decker, Sr., grandson Timothy Horner, brothers Clarence, Hillis, Boyd, Roy, and John Henderson, and sisters Ora Lear and Betty Buckles.

Survived by daughters Janice Decker and Lugene Horner and husband David, grandchildren Terry Lee Decker, Jr and wife Michele, Steven Decker and wife Renee, Heidi Decker, Traci Bee and husband Jeffery, Cherilyn Garry and husband Christopher, Kristen Jackson and husband Bradey, 17 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren. 

Florence was a member of First Church of Christ, Bolivar and Order of Eastern Star Latrobe Chapter #221.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence and 10 am till time of service 11 am Saturday at First Church of Christ, 3041 Rt 259, Bolivar.  Lloyd Campbell officiating. Eastern Star Service 6 pm Friday at the funeral home. Interment Fairfield Cemetery.
