Obituary of Jeffrey L Ling

Jeff Ling, 61, New Florence passed away at his home on July 3, 2023.  Born July 14, 1961, in Johnstown the son of late Clarence and Audrey (Reitler) Ling.  Also preceded in death by in-laws Leroy “Hamer” and Billie Shetler, special grandmother Mildred Reitler, and his bulldog Miggy. 

Survived by wife of 27 years Teresa (Shetler) Ling, cousin Eric Reitler and his family, and special friends Rich and Val Boring, and Jimmy and Sue MeKeel.

Jeff enjoyed motorcycles, working on cars, buying tools, and just about anything mechanical.  Jeff also enjoyed the 21 cruises he took with Teresa.  He was a proud supporter of Donald Trump.  He had worked at Toyota of Greensburg, Delaney Hyundai, Joy Mining Machinery, and was an independent mail contract carrier for 15 years.  Jeff was a member of Chickaree Union Church.

Friends received 11 am till time of service 2 pm Saturday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence.  Pastor Ruth A. Moore officiating.  Interment Fairfield Cemetery.
