Obituary of Kenneth P. Stiffey, Sr.

Kenneth Paul Stiffey SR - our beloved - passed away Sunday morning surrounded by his closest few. 58 years old, Ken left this world in a stronger place than it was before. He was a man with an intelligence as vast and deep as his love for his spouse, family, and friends. Kimberly Busch, Trista Coy, Kenneth Stiffey JR, Brandyn Stiffey, and Danika Stiffey were left in the wake of Ken’s passing along with grandkids Gavin, Jasmine, Waylon, and August, his mother Louise, and his many brothers and sisters. In addition to them, he leaves behind many more friends and family that he cared for deeply. 

He loved the wide-open outdoors, fast cars, and loud 80s music. While at times he was a stubborn and stern man, he also had a soft, caring, and extremely kind side that those of us who were lucky enough had the pleasure of experiencing. He had the ability to make you feel safe and at home anytime he was around. In the span of his life, he helped many learn what love is and what it isn't. Today we mourn for our Kenneth but for tomorrow and after, may we celebrate the lessons and memories he gifted us. Driving 55 behind the wheel of a Chevy with your sunglasses on- We will always remember you.
