My deepest condolences to the Payne family. Growing up we were all an extended family. We did so many things together.Your mom was my mom’s best friend.I think they talked daily on the phone when they weren’t together. Joann was the sweetest, kindest lady ever. I truly loved your mom and all of you!! We shared so many happy memories that will live forever in my heart. Prayers, hugs, and love to all of you especially my dear friends, Buddy, Patty, and Greg and families.
