Obituary of James David Deemer

Deemer, James David "Dave", 59, New Florence passed away April 18, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 5, 1955 in Johnstown, the son of the late James and Geraldine "Dooker" (Boring) Deemer, also preceded in death by brother Fredrick "Fred" Deemer. Survived by wife Shan (Alcorn) Deemer; sisters Jane Anne Bash and husband Gary, Kelly Brendlinger and husband Dave, all of New Florence; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Dave was a longtime driver for Lodestar Bus Lines and New Florence Vol. Fire Co. member where he most recently was a fire policeman. Friends received 3-7 pm Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence where service will be held 11 am Wednesday.
