Obituary of Orville B Shoup

Shoup, Orville B. "Bud", 84, New Florence, went to be with the Lord July 7, 2015 at Bethany Place, Indiana. Born October 9, 1930 in Indiana the son of the late Charles and Evelyn (Cline) Shoup. Also preceded in death by wife of 60 years Helen M. (Jones) Shoup, brothers Rahl Shoup and Chales Shoup and infant sister. Survived by children Sheryl "Sherry" Rickabaugh and husband Richard, Johnstown; Helaina Gorman and husband Matthew, New Florence; and Barry Shoup, Johnstown; 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Member of Valley Grace Brethren Church, Armagh where he was an elder, honorary Trustee and usher. US Marine Corps veteran of Korean War. Bud was a very hard worker who provided for his family. Friends received 6-8 pm Friday and 9 am till time of service 11 am Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Rev. Norris B. Mason officiating. Interment Penn View - Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Blairsville. Military rite by local veteran's organization
