My favorite times were, when I returned to Robinson, were my visits to talk and reminisce with Charlie became some of my fondness memoires. He was to me, such a good, good man. He was always kind, respectful, generous and loving. He was praised by my Grandfather, S. J. McClain and my grandfather would watch him walking down the road to Mable’s Store, and my Pap would comment on how kind and good that young Charles was.
