Ron worked as a meat cutter / manager for Acme, Gee Bee and Gold Crown Foodland markets. Ron was a lifelong member of Blacklick Community United Methodist Church where he was active until his illness. He served as Sunday School superintendent for several decades, chairman of the administrative board for many years and sang in the choir for 67 years, as well as singing bass in the Blacklick Four Gospel Quartet. His favorite sport was fishing / camping; he loved gardening and traveling, and was an avid fan of the Steelers. He was a devoted family man and adored his grandchildren as well as his children.
We are comforted in the knowledge that Ron is now with his heavenly Father and that we will be joining him soon. We love and miss you.
Thanks to all Ron’s caregivers, and especially the Indiana VNA, (Visiting Hospice Nurses).
