Michael and Family, So sorry to find out about your Mom’s passing. I will always remember how sweet and kind she was and how beautiful her smile was: she could light up a room with that smile! Virginia will be especially remembered for her amazing cooking and baking. Everyone is reminding me of her amazing her pies. She loved to make preserves and can tomato sauce and her Christmas cookie platters were a holiday treat. She was the first person to introduce me to Chicken and Waffles back in 1988. I had never heard of such a thing and thought it was crazy. Thirty + years later, chicken and waffles are quite the thing. Who Knew ? Shared by JoAnn Huczko (daughter-in-law)
