Roseann Howard, 56, New Florence died July 1, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center. Born February 24, 1956 in Latrobe the daughter of late Albert and Matilda Cinibulk. Survived by husband John W. Howard; aunts Irene, Joann and Marian Cinibulk, all of Loyalhanna; mother-in-law Glenda Howard, Latrobe; brother-in-laws Scott Howard, Greensburg and Bryan Howard, Latrobe; aunt Judy Kinzey, New Florence; loving dogs Bella and Ruger. Friends received 11 AM till time of service 1 pm Friday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence. Internment Unity Cemetery.
