What a lovely photo video in tribute to Joe. I've known Joe since I was a young girl. I can't say that I ever remember Joe or Betty Lou without a smile on their faces. My deepest condolences to the LaMantia family. God Bless you Betty Lou.
With love,
Karen and Gladys.

Any time our mother needed a carpenter, she called upon Joe. This is my childhood memory. Then, as an adult and for my first apartment, he built a sofa....and after moves to several different apartments, he let me fly solo. Same theme when he came to visit me in California. He always had to be helping. So he tended the garden and lots of other stuff.....but most memorable ... he sharpened my dull kitchen knives. Forty years later when I use those knives, his face comes into my sight. Miss you, brother. Thanks for so very many memories. Your laugh will ring forever in my ears.
