Ninny, Connie, Diane,
My heartfelt sympathy regarding Lou's passing. He sure did live and I will always remember fondly coming to visit and listening to his stories. He was a great man and had so much to say. He sure enjoyed farming and telling us all "how things used to be." He was a true farmer and was proud that he lived and farmed on his homestead. Lou always made you laugh and never sugar coated anything, that is what made him so awesome. I can picture him out there on the tractor or sitting on the back porch with one of many dogs. I know my son Ryan loved and will continue to help in whatever you need. He loves the land like Lou. Hunting season will always be different for him.
My mom, Jane Rager expresses her sympathy and send prayers as well. I thought -- how happy he must be to see his sisters, brothers, and parents again --- what a celebration and reunion!!! God Bless you all and may his long life bring some comfort knowing he did things "his way." --- Lynne Faint
