My first memory of Wilma was how beautiful and kind she was. She and Lloyd welcomed our family when we moved to Armagh. My memories of growing up will always be enhanced by having known Mrs Sloughfy.

Lloyd and Wilma were two lovely Christian friends to everyone they met. They loved when my family came over to visit. And they always encouraged our sons, Jack and BJ, to come on over every time they were selling items for school. Visiting Wilma was always part of our trips up north to visit friends and family. Wilma and Ed would talk about her brother, Ralph who Ed met in Blairsville years ago. She always had such wonderful stories to tell about her family and friends back in Armagh. She always made us feel so welcome. It was amazing how much she remembered about my family and always asked about "the boys" and their families. When friends back in Florida would ask about our trip up north I'd always tell them about visiting my first adult Sunday School teacher Wilma. Wilma will always be a part of my life and I'll love her and Lloyd forever. Blessing to the family and friends, Cindy (Fraser) Work

Wilma and my grandmother, Louise Neely were best friends in Armagh when I was was young. I have the fondest memories of fresh baked gobs and other Baked goodies on her steps. Wilma was a fantastic person in my life growing up. She always was a positive influence, even when I hit a foul ball and it went thru her window, she came out with a smile on her face. And those gobs were made straight from heaven! God bless you.
