Mr. Robertson was a great man who had raised a wonderful family. I'll always remember his joyful personality and his presence at many of the sporting events at United. He was always so supportive of United athletics, and of course his family. I'm very saddened by this loss, and give his close family and friends my deepest sympathies and prayers.

My deepest condolences to Richie’s family. I knew him 1st as a opponent on the on a football field during United vs Blairsville games and then as a co-worker in the mines. I will remember him as a gentleman and a good man.

Richie was on my crew at the Robinson mine, we spent countless hours together under ground and playing racquetball, gym hockey, you name it. Richie was just a great person to be around. I never seen him upset, always a smile. Some people talk the talk, Richie walked the walk. I will see you again my friend, and I will never forget you. God’s speed Rich. ..... I would like to extend to all the family my deepest sympathy at this time. I will be forever blessed to call you my family. Thank you for the example you have always been to me of the strength and love that is family. Rich was indeed an amazing man. I have so many memories of family gatherings and conversations with one so kind, caring, generous, and compassionate. His love for Deb and his children was something I admired the most about him. Love you guys so much. Pat Sexton.

Uncle Rich was one of my favorite men. Whether it be his big bright smile, his laugh, his sparkling eyes, or his ability to listen in a way that made you feel appreciated and heard, all of those things made him something special. My brothers and I always loved him and will forever miss him.

Dave and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the Robertson family. We shared some good times growing up together. Dave and Rich worked together in the coal mines. Rich will be missed by all who knew him. May God grant you peace and comfort during this most difficult time!

So sad to hear of Rich's passing . Spent many years playing baseball with him for Seward VFW. Great teammate and all around athlete and even better person. Always smiling and supportive. My dad and his dad were childhood friends and we were glad we could extend the tradition. Prayers to Randy and the entire Robertson family during this difficult time. Godspeed old friend.

Richie was a big part of my childhood. He lived across the street from birth thru younger years. I often see him in my memories, and his energy and antics and catch myself smiling. He was awesome. He is often on my mind, but always in my heart. I know Uncle Dick and Rob were there to welcome him home...today he is running thru heaven...run free cuz..❤️❤️❤️

Rich had a kind heart, wise soul, and was a wonderful human being. I will especially miss the great family debates on various topics. Rich complained about the invention of smart phones, because we could prove him wrong. With that said, he would continue to argue that he was correct. Rich will be sadly missed by all.

Rich was the greatest brother-in-law. He loved his family more than anything else in the world. He was brave and courageous after his accident and I know he did it for his wife and small children. He was a class act and now he can Rest In Peace and not feel any more pain! Love you Rich. Karen Colgan Bovenkamp
