Obituary of Roberta E. Heming

Heming, Roberta E. “Bertie”, 67, Robinson died May 15, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born September 15, 1945 in New Florence the daughter of late Thomas B. and Laura (Cramer) Heming. Also preceded in death by brothers Thomas W., Harold “Pickle”, Homer and Gary Heming and sisters Helen Rummel and Janet and brother-in-law James Garland. Survived by these brothers and sisters Lila Mae Kiger, Virginia Beach; Violet Berkhamer, New Florence; Roy Heming and wife Peggy, Bolivar; Mary Ellen Brett and husband Jack, North Bend, WA; Carl Heming and wife Dolores, Johnstown; David Heming and wife Barbara, New Florence; Donna Brossett and husband Les, Fortson, GA; Bobby Heming and wife Bonnie, Dover; numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks to nieces Anne Elder & Jill Barbus and a special tribute to Jim and Janet Garland. Retired aide from Torrance State Hospital. After retirement she worked at Keeper of the Flame in Blairsville. She loved blue grass music. Friends received 9 till time of service at 11 AM Saturday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence. Pastor Ron Fish officiating. Interment Bethel Cemetery.
