Yesterday was a very sad day for me when I learned of Fred's passing. Fred and I met in 1974 when I was transferred to WV from MD. Two opposites developed a friendship that lasted throughout the years. Fred and his family were especially kind to me and to my son during a trying time in our lives. I will never forget Fred and our friendship.
