Obituary of Cora Mae Brendlinger

Cora Mae Brendlinger, 93, formerly of Armagh passed away March 23, 2024, at South River Rehab Center, Edgewater, MD.  Born December 26, 1930, in Robinson the daughter of late Henry and Emma (Nelson) Jones.  Also preceded in death by husband Ernest C. Brendlinger, children Ernest Wayne Brendlinger, Judy Buckley, and Barry C. Brendlinger, Sr., brothers William, Henry, John, Russell, Charles, and Herbert Jones; sisters Nancy Jane Brown, Alice Beskid, Clara Marie Fetter Sarabelle Knupp and Laura Jean Jones. 

Survived by children Nancy Adams, Prince Fredrick, MD; Timothy R. Brendlinger, Armagh; Alan E. Brendlinger, Prince Frederick, MD; Crystal Carper, Huntingdon; 21 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Cora enjoyed word search puzzles, scratch-off tickets, playing poker and listening to music.  Cora’s family was most important to her. 

Friends received 12:30 till 2 pm Thursday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held at 2 pm Thursday.  Interment Bethel Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 www.stjude.org
