Obituary of Mildred Jane Ritenour

Mildred "Millie" J. (McDowell) Ritenour, 71, Bolivar died May 1, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born July 2, 1939 in Dilltown the daughter of late Harry and Mariam (Dias) McDowell. Also preceded in death by brother William McDowell. Millie is survived by husband Harry Ritenour; a devoted mother of Cindy Moore and husband James, New Florence; Linda Ritenour and friend Winton Kourey, Bel Air, Md; Gary Ritenour and wife Michelle, Youngstown; Joel Ritenour and wife Mickie, New Florence; a loving grandmother of Jim, Kevin, Sarah and Susan Moore, Derek, Rebecca, Miles and Elizabeth Ritenour, Whitney Riteonour and fianc Dan Boring and Bryce Ritenour and her special great-grandchildren Audrey, Andrew, Joey and Josh; brother Ron McDowell, North Carolina; sister Carol Cumpston, Bobtown. Millie devoted her life to her family and was a retired school bus driver for Lodestar bus lines. Millie's family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of Excela Home Hospice for all the care and support she received. Friends received 7-9 pm Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 pm Tuesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence where service will be held 11 am Wednesday. Interment Fairfield Cemetery.
