Obituary of Linda G Shomo

Linda Shomo, 65, Buffington Twp., passed away June 18, 2014 at Memorial Medical Center. Born August 1, 1948 in Johnstown the daughter of late Carl Ritenour and Lavina (Shetler) Ritenour , New Florence. Also survived by son Michael Shomo and wife Sharyn, Brush Valley; grandchildren Christopher Shomo and fiancé Simone Marcus, Brush Valley; Emily Shomo and fiancé David Gustafson, Ashville, NC; brother Carl W. "Bill" Ritenour and wife Donna, Armagh; several aunts uncles and cousins included nephews and nieces who she was very close to, Jeff Ritenour and wife Jess, Milton; Steve Ritenour and wife Jennifer, Germantown, MD; Patty McConville and husband Drew, New Florence; great-nieces and great-nephews Kalen, Abby, Alivia, Max, Colten, Jake and Nicholas. Retired employee of Seward Generating Station. Enjoyed crocheting, fishing and traveling especially going on cruises. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh where service will be held 2 pm Saturday. Rev. Norman C. Kaufman officiating. Interment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
