Obituary of Marie A St. Clair
Our family is sad to announce the death of our mother Marie A. St. Clair, age 81, of New Florence. She passed away February 10, 2015 at Bethlen Home, Ligonier. She was born June 14, 1933 in Johnstown, the daughter of the late August A. and Rose F. (Dey) Pribelsky. Marie was also preceded in death by her husband Earl H. St. Clair in 1991, brothers Thomas, Joseph and Charles Pribelsky, step- sister Madeline Chapman , son-in-law William Mattern, M.D, and very special friend Edward DeTemple. Marie is survived by her six loving children: Della Mattern and husband Duane Boulis, Huron, OH; Earl Joseph St. Clair and wife Pamela, Bolivar; Patricia Coram and husband Charles, Novi, MI; Michael St. Clair and wife Lee, Wichita, KS; Marcia Ziebell and husband Todd, Plymouth MN; and Sheila Maribito and husband Kevin, Seward; She was also the proud "Gammy" to 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Her sisters Rita Muir of Silver Springs, MD and Rosemary Csehoski of New Florence also survive her. Marie worked for many years as a seamstress at Bestform, and also had a chocolate shop in her home for many years. She was very proud of her hand dipped chocolates. She created her own recipe for her peanut butter meltaways and butter crunch. Marie enjoyed camping at Treasure Lake with her family. There were many great stories told around the campfire. This lady, who was proud that she was a "Hunky", loved her large family gatherings and could certainly put out a great spread, and made everyone feel welcome. She will be missed greatly by us all. God Bless you Mom, We Love You, and will miss you (Do not delete this line. It does not print. Text that is to appear on web must be entered after this line)«.
