Conrad, John E., 67, Seward passed away June 8, 2015 at Memorial Medical Center. Born March 27, 1948 in Johnstown the son of late John Edward Conrad and Betty Rae (Thomas) Conrad-Decker-Erwin. Also preceded in death by step-mother June (Croyle) Conrad. Survived by wife Norma (Boddorf) Conrad; sister Donna Jean (Johns) Junkin, Tusan, Arizona; Brothers Thomas Decker and wife Sandy, Titusville; Myles Decker and wife Vivian, Franklin; Wayne Decker, Kennerdell; several cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family members along with faithful companion B.J. John was an US Navy Veteran of Vietnam Era; retired from Conemaugh Generating Station in 2004 after 331/2 years of service; member of NRA; North American Hunting Club; Indiana Country Bow & Gun Club; Laurel Run Rod & Gun Club; American Legion Post 0945; AARP; and Friday night Gems Bowling league at Westmont Lanes. Friends received 2-8 pm Thursday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St, New Florence where service will be held 1 pm Friday, Interment Greenwood Cemetery. »(Do not delete this line.
