Wilda and Children, We are very sorry to learn of Philip's passing. He was my oldest cousin on Dad's side. I'll always remember his cheerful personality and broad smile and his curly hair. Only regret is that I didn't get to know him and the rest of my relatives better as the Army kept me on the move for many years.
