Born December 27, 1916 in Lovejoy, Indiana County the daughter of late Charles and Hilda Laymen. Also preceded in death by husband of 65 years Harry A. Hill; sisters Eva Penrose, Edith Penrose, Stella Dias, Dot Johnston and Ruth Clark. Survived by children Charles Hill and wife Nancy (Edwards), South Fork; James Hill and wife Linda (Rudnik), Cramer; Terry Hill and wife Elizabeth (Nixon), Clymer; and Tim Hill and wife Bonnie (Rudnik), Blairsville; Butch Hill and wife Sandy (Davis), Blairsville; 26 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren and 18 great- great-grandchildren; sister Ethel Patochniak, Shady Grove; and loyal furry companions Lucy her dog and Simple her cat. Friends received 2 to 8 PM Wednesday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where service will be held 2 PM Thursday, Pastor Wendy Henderson officiating.
