Belknap, Anthony James "Tony", 29, Johnstown, passed away September 20, 2015 at home surrounded by his family. Born September 5, 1986 in Tampa, FL. Tony is survived by mother Patricia (Shannon) and step-father Karl Kelly, Johnstown. Brother Travis Daniel Kelly, Johnstown and sister Karlena Kelly and her best friend Shelby Tyler, Portage. Tony was an avid video game player and enjoyed driving. At the family's request all services will be private. Family assisted by Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence.
