Obituary of Bernard Goldian

Goldian, Bernard, 92, New Florence passed away March 18, 2016 at LaurelWood Care Center. Born December 16, 1923 in Clover the son of late John and Emma (Komar) Goldian. Also preceded in death by wife Edna I. (Brendlinger) Goldian who passed away December 30, 2013; bothers Joseph and John and sisters Mary and Margaret. Survived by brother Edward Goldian Columbus, OH; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Bernard was a US Army veteran of WWII, life member of both V.F.W. and American Legion, a retired coal miner with 46 years of service and an UMWA member. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Sunday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence and10 am till time of service 11 am Monday at Bethel Presbyterian Church, 1354 Bethel Cemetery Rd. New Florence. Pastor James Sunseri officiating. Internment Bethel Cemetery. Military rite by local veteran organization. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bethel Presbyterian Church or a charity of one choice
