Obituary of Charlotte L. Howard

Howard, Charlotte L., 87, Armagh, went to be with the Lord peacefully at home, July 28, 2016. Born March 9, 1929 in Johnstown the daughter of the late Tom and Ida Mae (Hildebrand) Apple. Survived by husband of 61 years Richard A. Howard; daughter Tracey L. Howard, Armagh; brother Tom Apple and wife Sharon, Johnstown; sisters Peggy Rodgers and husband Alan, Tammpa, FL andLois Decker, Holidaysburg; several nieces and nephews. Charlotte was a life long member of Third Brethren Church and faithfully served in many capacities over the years including Deaconist and Sunday School Teacher. She was a loving and caring wife and mother. Friends received 1 PM till time of service at 2 PM Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Pastor T.J. McLaughlin.
