Obituary of Robert E Browning

Robert E. Browning, Sr., 85, New Florence went to Be with the Lord November 5, 2016. Born September 10, 1931 in Wyoming County, WV. the son of the late Notie Tessner and Arville A. Browning. Robert was a graduate of WVU, US Army veteran and a retired mining engineer including 25 years at North American Coal Co. Robert was a founding member of the First Baptist Church of Seward. Surviving are his wife of 59 years Mary Ann; daughters Valerie (Michael) Adams, Laura (Brian) Novak; son Robert, Jr. (Lillie); Martha Browning; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Frances (James) Miller. Friends received 3-7 PM Monday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence, where service will be held 10 AM Tuesday. Pastor Rex Lichtenfels officating. Interment St. Vincent Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Seward, PO Box 515, Seward, PA 15954.
