Obituary of William A. Clark

Clark, William A., 66, Johnstown, formerly of Bolivar, passed away February 11, 2017 at home. Born July 9, 1950 in Johnstown, the son of the late William Bert Clark and Betty Jean (Wynn) Clark Garland. Survived by wife Inez Romaniec-Clark, children Heather M. Clark-Wolk and husband Jon, Grifton, NC; William E. Clark and wife Ronda, San Antonio, TX; step-children Agnieszka Wieczorek, Jakub Wieczorek and wife Klaudia; grandsons Jace Clark-Wolk and Oliver Wolk; step-grandchildren Kasey Wolk, Eryk, Nicola and Kacper. Bill was a US Navy Veteran, retired police lieutenant for Prince George's County, MD Police Department. He was chief of Police of Benson, MN Police Department, Mounds View, MN Police Department, and Johnstown, PA Police Department, also worked for the State Department as a civilian police officer from the United States as commander and chief for EULEX in Peja Kosovo, liaison to chief of boarder police in Afghanistan. Bill also enjoyed gardening, hunting, and traveling overseas. At Bill's request, there will be no public viewing or services.
