Obituary of Michael P. Gunter

Gunter, Michael P. "Mikey", 30, Bolivar died February 25, 2017. Born September 25, 1986 in Johnstown the son of Mike and Kim (Burkett) Gunter, Bolivar. Also, survived by sons Chad and Blake Gunter, and their mother Missy; sister Brittany Walker and husband John, Bolivar; maternal grandparents Wayne and Shirley (Baird) Burkett, Bolivar; paternal grandfather Ray Gunter, Cramer; niece Kylee Walker; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by paternal grandmother Mary Ann Gunter; special uncle Tim Burkett; maternal great-grandparents Mack and Nora Jean Burkett and Perry and Cecil Baird; great-uncle Ron Burkett and several other extended family members. Mikey enjoyed riding motorcycles, working on cars and enjoyed the outdoors. Friends received 2-8 pm Tuesday and 9 am till time of service 11 am Wednesday at Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, 139 Ligonier St., New Florence. Interment Bolivar West View Cemetery
