Father Wilt was always an inspiration for me in my young ages as an altar boy at Holy Family Parish Latrobe Pennsylvania he's one of those people that you meet and always remember because he had so much influence on my life he trulyl loved his devotion as well as a good pirate baseball game which we occasionally traveled on our trips into Pittsburgh on the bus I'll always remember him and he will always be remembered deep in my heart.My sincere regrets and sympathy to his family

I was so sorry to read about Fr. Wilt's passing.I just wanted to let his family know that Father married my husband Charles & I at St.Joseph's Church in New Kensington'Pa on November 18,1961. My husband passed away December 20,2002. May Fathers soul rest in peace. Dolores Robinson.

Our hearts are heavey with sadness. We will miss our very dear friend. His many visits to our home and times spent going to festivals were happy times. We will miss you everyday and think of you often, we loved you - rest in peace. I'm so glad we had time to say our goodbye.

Father Wilt meant so much to my in-laws, Frank and Mary Verba. He was not only their priest, but their friend. He truly served God in every area of his life!! Rest in Peace, Father Wilt.
Father was a wonderful person. He had a way of blessing you in the simplest ways that gave huge rewards. He help me when I was newly away from Pa. and was not happy with my move, He expressed me to be happy were ever I was for life was to short. (His mother had the same problem when they moved to Detroit, well she made the best and of course that is how he had that fine answer for me.He also inspired me to give my son his christian name Ray. Thank-you Father for being there. Rest in peace.
We were sorry to hear of Father Wilt's passing. He has been there for our family's Holy Communions, Confirmations, and our daughter's, Wedding besides being a wonderful pastor. We will miss you, Father. God Bless You!
