Obituary of Wilbert L. Wills
Wills, Wilbert L. "Willie", 73, Dilltown went to be with the Lord after a long battle with cancer on January 12, 2012 at home. Born March 9, 1938 in St. Michaels the son of late Charles and Mary Belle (Webster) Wills. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Charles and Robert; great-grandson Isaiah Joel and nephew Tom. Survived by Shirley, with whom he spent the last 27 years. Also daughters Dawn (Bill), Theresa (Bob) and Angel (Terry); Grandchildren Stacie, Joe (Veronica), Joshua and Robert (Tish); great-grandchildren Breanna, Aubrey, Bella, Savannah, Kaylee and Nevaeh; sisters Eva Mae, Mary Catherine, Minnie and Janet (Dennis); sister-in-law and brother-in-law Liz and Harold; best friends Buck and Carol and beloved pet Annie. Wilbert worked at Florence Mining Co. He was a member of UMWA Local 1257, District 2 and Moss creek Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and most of all his great-grandchildren. At the request of the deceased and his family there will be no viewing or services.
