I was shocked and saddened by Joel's passing, for I just found out from a fellow classmate. My thoughts and prayers are with you all and I know Joel is resting peacefully, he deserves it.
I Remember joel going to pecks hanging with my uncle rodney and my aunt cindy and i remember my mom brenda short at the time used to help joel .he was a very nice man and will be missed .
