Connie and Family,
I am so sorry to read of Norm's passing. May God Bless him and I pray knowing he is with the Good Lord you and your family's sorrow is lightened and full of wonderful memories.
I enjoyed serving so many years with him on the ReDevelopment Authority Board of Directors.
