I can always remember how Joyce loved her Dad and he always wanted to play the guitar. He got one for Christmas and Joyce came to me and asked if I could teach her dad how to play it. I happily said I would give it a shot. I can remember he and I plus Joyce and her mom, Nancy, would sit at the counter in the kitchen plunking on the strings while Nancy kept the beer coming til early morning. Dad learned enough to play some of his country favorites. This made Joyce so happy seeing her dad plunking and singing for her. We sang, drank, played what we could all night til morning and everyone had smiles on their faces especially Joyce.
RIP JOYCE WE WILL ALL MISS YOU.
